I have old request types that are hidden from the portal however techs are using them when opening tickets. I want to hide the old ones from the create screen. Deleting them would require me to move them and that would be a very heavy lift for the number of tickets attached to the old request types.
Hi @Mikel Whipple ,
You hide a request form from the portal.
Techs should not use the CREATE button to create a ticket in a service project, they should use the portal too!
If you have requests currently using this request type, Atlassian warns you before you delete them. You’ll have to update these requests to use a new request type, as any details or fields unique to the deleted request type will no longer be visible. Jira Service Management will walk you through how to update those requests, if needed.
