My customer wants access to see and comment on the tickets that I upload to have the full picture of what's happening.
I can't find a on/off option to activate this kind of permission.
You need to add your customer as "Requested Participants" in your issues. Once added, then your customer will be able to access the issues from the portal and see all of the public comments.
