I need to know how to include the data collected by a complement in a custom field.
We have Time in Status installed and we need to collect the information it gives us in a custom field to be able to use it with EazyBI

Hi,

Perhaps, you can cover this use case with eazyBI, without the need to collect data into a custom field. There is a standard measure of Days in transition status in eazyBI and you can use it with the Transition status dimension to show the time issues spent in statuses:
