I hope somebody can help me.
My problem is I need to add value from comments to the custom field in chronological order.
Basically in the comment section agents add somewhere value #inbound, etc. I need to find this value and add it to the custom field, as usual, there are many comments and communication with clients, so I need to add them in chronological order.
This is needed to get statistical analysis.
Will appreciate any help
