I need to change this section on the form

Hello there Atlassian Community I need to change this section of the form that includes emails to send, I just want here my customers or a blank space to fill typing with the keyboard any help?

Hello @Salvador Asensio Martinez 

I believe that this is the "Request on behalf of" field. Sadly. this cannot be deleted since it is hard coded.

Even if you would add a custom field which is the type of user pick, it would still pull all of the users from the the site.

Okay thanks, while trying to fix this I set up some option that I dont know and now customers cant see any content Imagen

Sorry I just fixed this, how can I change the permisions to make everyone access to the form? is it possible or is required to register?

The form should be available for anyone to use. This includes both agents and customers.

Hi @Salvador Asensio Martinez ,

It is a user picker field that fetches all active users in the drop-down. If you have site admin permission then you can Enable group or project role filtering option for this field.

Else, you can create a text field for blank space to fill typing with the keyboard

This option is available under Settings>>Issues>Custom fields then you can search your field.

Hi @Salvador Asensio Martinez ,

 

This part of the form is only avilable to agents. The reasoning behind is that thanks to this field you are able to raise the request on behalf of another customer. All customer that has access to this form are listed there. I am not sure what does "my customers" mean and what other configurations are done to this project, but there is no other way to limit this field other than limiting access to this form.
