I am new to jira and I want to manage my tasks and support tickets.
I need a project where I can create my own workflow. Workflow for a task ist "To Do" -> "Done".
I need planned time begin and end for every task.
I need organisation.
I need sub task and work protocol.
Which project should I use ?
I use jira service management.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Only Jira administrators have the capability to create projects. If you are a user on a cloud site, you will need to request your administrators to create a project for you (and possibly designate you as the project administrator). They can also guide you to select which project type would be best suitable for you and set it up as per your requirements like workflow, statuses, fields etc.
