Hi,
I have created a field called Closed Reason but i can see that field in the Incident Request form.
But i don't want to put that filed in the Incident Request form.
Please help me out on the same.
Actually that field is mandatory and which i used in the workflow transition
Please help me out on the same
final goal is i don't want to see Closed Reason in the Portal view which is mentioned in the below screenshot.
Thanks,
Hi @Sreenadh Split your screen from the screen scheme into 2 or 3 issue operation screens: Create Issue Screen, Edit Issue Screen, View Issue Screen.
Remove the field 'Closed Reason' from the Create Issue Screen and Edit Issue Screen and only put in on the View Issue Screen.
Thanks for the response..!!
I am not able to understood.
1. Do you mean should i need to create Screen Schema for Create Issue Screen1 which is mentioned in the below screenshot. ?
2. Can i create Separate Screen Schema for Create Issue Screen1 ?
Please help me out with little clear so that can work on that.
Thanks,

The screenshot above is a transition screen used in 2 workflows.
You need to go to Project settings > Issues > Screens
There you will find the Issue Type Screen Scheme used associated with your (or more) project/s.
Then go the the designated Screen Scheme en duplicate/copy the Default Screen (if there's only 1) into a Create, Issue and View Screen.
Add/remove the designated fields from the corresponding issue operation screen.

Please find the attached screenshots
1.Closed Reason Screen1------Has only one field associated which is Closed Reason
2. Closed Reason Remove Screen----Has no field is there in this Screen
Still i am able to see the Closed Reason field while i am creating the Incident in the customer portal view.
