Hi,
I have created a Email notification by using the Jira Automation Rule but once i receive it if click the link it is redirecting to customer portal view instead of opening the ticket.
Please suggest me what can i do to the same.
If i click the SDPD-1042 then it is redirecting to the customer portal which is expected behavior.
But i want to see the below mentioned screen.
I am getting the portal screen instead of issue. which is mentioned in below screenshot.
I am landing here.
Please suggest me how to do the same.

Could you please tell us the hyperlink from that email? Is it linking to the issue in the customer portal like XYZ.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/XY/SDPD-1042?
