I have access to Jira Enterprise but my account does not permit include more that 10 users

I recently discovered that the company that I work for grants access to Jira Enterprise plan, although I enter with the company email and still cannot add more than 10 users to a project.

Can someone help me?

Reach out to Atlassian Support and select Billing option.
