Hi @Miguel Angel Díaz Polanco ,
by "edit" do you mean to say that you cannot edit the existing content in the field or are you trying to edit the configuration of custom field under settings > issues > custom fields?
I cannot edit the content of a custom field, but i can do it with the jira fields

I am configuring a new Service Management project and needed to customize the custom fields displayed for support team displayed in an opened support issue.
I have created a screen and have assigned a modified "Issue type" drop down custom field to it. I see the field when I have an opened test ticket, but I cannot select anything from the drop down as it briefly opens, but does not give me the option to select anything before it closes. Same happens with labels field.
Is adding the fields to edit screen also the answer and if so where can I find this edit screen to add the fields to?
