I can not for the life of me understand why i can not link insight to jira asset management. I need help. Even tutorials im watching don't line up with what im seeing. please help.
Yes @Michael Andolfatto pretty much except I want my technicians to be able to raise a issue or service request to an object from my Insight schema. I've tried the tutorials and things like that online but they don't seem to line up with my version of Service desk or Insight.
