While updating customer permissions in a project, I am not being able to choose the settings of "Anyone can email the service project or raise a request in the portal". When I select the option and save it, an error is being generated "Something has gone wrong with your request. If symptoms persist contact your System Administrator".
Please help me understand the issue and resolve it.
Hi @F1 System , I have an answer for you from @Brant Schroeder:
Your Jira administrator will need to enable public signup at the application level. They can do this by going to Applications > JIRA Service Desk > Configuration > Public signup
