I'm trying to make a specific field mandatory in case of a pre-selected Value. I have a field, call it "Urgency", with two values (Urgent/not Urgent). If now the Value "Urgent" gets selected, a Field "Urgent Description" has be filled out. If it "not Urgent" gets selegted, then the field can be empty and if possible, not visible. This should be done on the create issue mask before sending it to the Service Desk Portal.
I hope this can be done wit board tools in Jira Service Desk. Thank you for your help.

You can use the Forms in the JSM and use the section to make the field mandatory based on another field value.
