How user check the request created by email channel as they can't login which accounts auto created

How can the customer check the request as they can't login to which accounts are auto-created by the email requests channel system?

Per your description, I understand that your customers can not log in to their accounts that are being automatically created when they create a new ticket. is that correct?

Can you please provide us with the error returned to them when trying to log in?
