How can I upload bulk customer email address in the service desk specific project?

If you have internal customers and you are using access, then this would be fairly easy.

I need to upload external user under customer.

• You can try add them on your AD, and sync them with your instance,
• Do not give them any product access.
• Create a group with a name e.g. "JSM Customers" and place them all there.
• Add this group as a service desk customer on your project.

Let me know if that works. I would suggest to try this with a handful and then go full scale.

I tried pasting all the email address under Add customer but it doesn't work.
