I have created a number of entitlements for a specific customer at Project level, which are multiple applications. I would expect to see a drop down menu displaying all entitlements entered. There is no ability to change the selected entitlement that may have been entered incorrectly.
Also having set the entitlements at Organisation level, the 'Entitlement Details' field isn't automatically showing in all ticket, new or old.

Fields are populated in a single support ticket but Entitlement details are not showing in other tickets raised for the same Organisation. Bottom image is taken from a new support ticket for the same customer.
