In a particular project, we have 2 admins. Me and another manager who needs to have same admin access as mine. He has been given admin role access and is also able to create tickets and review automations but is unable to access few channels in a project like Email requests, customer notifications, portal settings etc..

Please verify the project permissions for the "Service Project Agent" and check to which role/group this particular permission has been granted to. And provide the same role to the manager who is not able to access the customer notification, portal settings and other related features.

Thank you Sharu.. projects were linked to one another. He had admin access for one but not for the other, once i gave him admin role for the linked project, he was able to access all the features in project setting options.

Is the user a service desk agent as well? Also, have you checked the permissions for that specific project and the project scheme that is tied to that project as well?

Hi Perisic - Yes, he is part of service desk agent too... 2 projects are linked together. He had admin access for main project but not for the linked one. I gave him admin access to linked project too and now he's able to access all the features in project settings option.
