I have a problem now need help from JIRA experts like you.
Our SLA is 24/7 based, so we need to cooperate with another organization to solve the incidents created after hours.
I can create an automation to sent the e-mail after hours to them, but they can't reply to the e-mail as a first response.
Has anyone had similar issue? Can you please share your solution to me? Thanks very much!
