How to share a ticket automatically, a ticket created by email, to several organizations? For example, Mr. Toto was part of the "test1" organization, by creating a ticket by email, his ticket must be visible to everyone in his organization but also the test2 organization?

You can update organizations through automation rules:
Is this what you want to achieve, or did you have something else in mind, based on email domains for example?
