How to setup only particular domain users mails can create ticket in jira ? No, other domain mails can create a ticket in Jira.
We aim to restrict ticket creation in Jira to only users with email addresses from our company's domain. However, even after specifying the allowed domains and selecting the "Internal Only" option in customer permissions, tickets are not being created when emails are sent from users with company domain email addresses. Currently, only users added as project members are able to create tickets by sending emails.

Just don't add users who are not in that domain into the create permission for your projects.
