How to set language in JSD profile for other users?


Is there a way to update the user preferences (f.ex. language) in the JIRA Service Management profile - for others, as an administrator?

And if so, can this be automated? (REST, SIL..)

No, this can't be done.  Other than picking a default language for the system, you can't set the user preferences for a language for them.

What a pity! Imagine you have several thousands of users in various countries, one project though. And they receive notifications in the default language.

Tell them that they can adjust their profile :-(
