I'm trying to use multilingual Jira SD email notifications. I create customers with REST API /rest/servicedeskapi/customer, but I cannot find any ability to set customers' language (each customer have their own language, they are tourists from different countries), which Jira uses to set emails language.
The other part of problem is that users won't access Jira SD portal, they must use only emails and they does not know their passwords (and won't be able to know).
Is there any way to fix this?
Hi, Unfortunately update user locale API isn't currently available in the product.
