I agree with Tansu.

Just to add, if you already step email requests, what you mean is Customer notifications

Specifically Request created notification

Project -> settings Customer notification 

If you use automation for notifications there is a smart value {{issue.key}} you can add this to the automation notification description and it will show as related issue key.

Hi @Aniruddha Medhekar ,

Welcome to community.

Do you mean automated ticket creation via e-mails? If yes,

  • Go to service desk project -> select Project settings -> Email requests
  • Define e-mail account.

So that, you can turn customer e-mails into issues.
