I setup JSM as default option.
and I register new issue by email.
that is, I sent new issue with "support@~~~~" email address which is supported by JSM
After Inserting New field, It doesn't work.
New field is required field.
How can I use email register based on required field?

When receiving requests via email on Jira Service Management, the request type must have only the Summary and Description as required. All other fields must be optional.
