How to remove agent data from "FROM" field in notifications?

I would like to customize notifications for certain project so that name and last name of the agent making the action is not shown in the "FROM" email address sent out to the Customer.

We want to have a "generic" mailbox so to avoid exposing agents' personal data.

Thanks, I will take a look.

Meanwhile, I found out that it could be achieved by modifying JIRA instance settings:

Administration/Applications settings/Jira/General setting/<Email from>

If I remove $(fullname) variable, user data will no longer be shown.
