I have searched threads to check that notifications are correctly setup on my side for my JIRA Cloud service desk project and they appear to be. In a lot of the threads Atlassian team members have checked and confirmed blocks or delivery failures from the Atlassian side.
How do you officially request a check like this with Atlassian?
Or is it just a case of logging a new thread here and waiting for someone to pick it up?
