Hi Experts, 

How to enable read only access for Service desk customers in Service desk portal.

I have added user as a Request participants i need to provide only view access they no need to add any comments .

Hello @ravi k 

That is not currently possible.

In this post from 2020 a vendor suggested that their app could be used to address this.
