How to promote changes/development been made in development to production?

Hi guys, i have a few request type been developed in my development jira service desk and i want to promote it to my production jira. my question are:

1. Is there any simple way to promote it without using third-party add-ons?

2. if there is no simple way using third-party add-ons, do i have to re-do/copy development in my development jira to my production jira?

p/s : all my development did not involve any changes on the workflow or SLA.
