How to produce statistic reports?

My company uses Jira Service Desk Management and I need to produce annual statistics - by tomorrow!

Like, total number of calls resolved, breakdown by team completing these, average time to response, average time to resolution, etc.

Any ideas how I go about this?

And for JSM you have also service specific reports that you can use, and it comes with a couple of default ones, see Setting up service project reports
