I am integrating our Service Desk with an external system.
The end user opens a case through the external system, the external system sends e-mail to the service desk to open a case.
The sender (form) is the external system, but it adds to the mail (either in To or Cc field) the end user.
I'd like to configure Service Desk to send the issue creation notification not just to the sender (external system) but the other address in the To or Cc field (the end user)
How can I do this?
