Is there a way to measure the time our support resources have spent per cutomer in a service management project ?
You can create a filter where reporter is a specific customer (or organization = Specific_Organization) and that will bring you all issues for which you spent time working on them. Then you can export them and sum all the time spent (or Σ time spent) of the issues to get the results you want.
Another trick to get the results on a dashboard would be to copy the organization name to a custom field, create a filter and then use that on a workload pie chart to get than value you want.
