Completed JIRA Task should transit to VnV as per the workflow. This "VnV task" need to communicate (duplicate) to VnV team by generating incident request in JIRA service management. Automation has end to end this flow in software management side but the error shows:
"No request types found for incident"
Where I went wrong? I'm new to the JIRA service management.

Sorry, but this is very hard to follow. Is this an automation rule that creates and links the issues? If so, please provide a screenshot of the rule. Or is it a manual linking?
