Hi, I'm running a free license on jira service management. I'm the project owner and i can add second user.
However when i assigned a ticket to an assignee that is only guy - it's me only.
How can I increase additional assignees so that I can assign a ticket to second assignee?

Welcome to the community. You will need to setup your 2nd user with the agent license (For the Free plan, you can have up to 3 agents including yourself) + add the new user to your project's Service Desk Team role. Only agent can be assigned with issues in a JSM project.
