Can someone please let me know if we can hide the Virtual agent when we are testing it? I have activated it and started the test (not live) in one of the project portals but it is showing up in the portal somehow.
I can't seem to find the option to add/edit this in the permission scheme and the VA setting also does not have the option to hide. It just shows up and sits there in the portal when I am testing meaning anyone can simply put in something and it will simply create a ticket.
Please help!
