I have two client portals on my JSM. ( customer A and customer B)
I currently have one general knowledge base which both clients have access to.
There are 20 articles on the knowledge base.
How can I give customer A access to articles 1 - 10 but turn off access for customer B.
How can I give customer B access to articles 11-20 but turn off access for customer A.
Access control against KB content needs be handled at the content source. If your KBs are hosted within Confluence, then you can take a look this documentation link - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/restrict-access-to-knowledge-base-articles/
