I have configured a "customer Channel" for one of our Managed Services in the Help Center of Atlassian. When one user customer creates a request it works properly. But I have one super-user customer that wants to see all the request done by their team. How can configure the permits to allow this super-user see all the request of the their team.

You should be able to create a filter that that shows that and then share the filter with the super user.
