HI Laura,

I have already tried the above solution. I just want to give them visibility but in the request form i am getting the form fields where i don not want this things to be filled by customer. I have highlighted my queryVisibility1.png

Can we add Assignee group name & project name visibility here.

Hi @Rupali Mohanty Have you tried update the fields added to your request type?

The name of a project is not a field, but you could create a custom field that has the names of all your projects, and then add that custom field to your request type.

For what you call assignee group, the field 'Team' might fit what you're looking for since an assignee can only be one person.
