We'd like to have LDAP information available in a service desk request after a user has submitted an issue.
We have Jira Service Desk Cloud and Azure AD is connected to the platform with Atlassian Access.
I found some apps from the Marketplace that seem to support LDAP information and the one that I think is the best is this; https://deviniti.com/support/addon/cloud/azure-ad/latest/configuration/
It appears that the addon from Deviniti does not support all the fields we want to include in the request after its created, hence asking for advice here in the Community.
How have you guys resolved this kind of use case? I know this is an easy-peasy scenario to solve in Server but how to do it in Cloud?
