This help article suggests that I will be able to filter on the Service Management Label "Raised on Behalf Of" to find all requests that agents have raised on behalf of someone else, but it is actually showing all requests that agents have raised, period. It doesn't seem to actually be filtering on if the "On behalf of" field was used. How can I find all requests raised with "on behalf of"?
