How to edit the grey area？

Is it possible to edit the notification in below red box?

Now it shows the “created date” and the “updated date”. I want to add a "running date" to calculate the days from creation. 

How can I make it? Thanks.

Unfortunately, you cannot edit the section that you have indicated in the new Issue View for the CLOUD env.  However, You can still create a custom field (date data type) and expose it to the issue view UI, but it will not be placed in your specified section.
