How to edit the channels

any one can help how can i edit the customers portal of the service management, 

the issue type that i have created has more custom fields when i create an issue, but when i want to create issue from the customer portal I am able to see the issue type but i dont see the rest of the custom fileds.

Hi @Muhammad Akram Sharifi,

For JSM, you will need to add those custom fields into the Request Type in order to see them via Customer Portal; Customize the fields of a request type.

Thanks for Help, It was really helpful, I was able to add my fields on the request form and see them through channels portal.
