How to don't add to watchers if the issue was sent from specific email?

As our company rises we've faced a new challenge. Now Jira Service Desk adds to watchers every user from original email recipients (To, Cc, Bcc). It is an expected behavior in the most cases.

But now we'd like to add some exceptions:

  1. Don't add anyone to watchers if email was received from one of users contained in the LIST.
  2. Don't add anyone to watchers if email has more than 10 recipients.

Is it possible to do with any basic tools and some scripting?
