How to disable comments on Transition

I have downloaded scriptrunner, because JIRA doesn't offer the ability to hide/disable comments on a specific transition, so I need to write a validator to prevent the transition if someone tries to post a comment during that transition.

Hi Aaron,

I'm assuming you have a transition screen and you want disable the comment field.  Give the Power Scripts Live Fields a chance.

This would be the function that you need to use in the transition screen (lfdisable):

The concept of live fields is bit difficult at the beginning, it works like a charm for us:

Cprime support is excellent for any recommendations.  Hyrum Steffensen is the key person you want to talk to.

Does that work on cloud?
