How to directly create and link a dashboard with the running SPRINTS?

We have recently started running sprints in our organisation for app development, and I am keen on tracking the time & number of tasks taken up by each developer in the current sprint in order to evaluate their contribution & efficiency per sprint but I am unable to figure out an appropriate dashboard & way to link with the current sprint.
It would be great if you can help with this.

Regards

Hi @sudeshna_devnath welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The JQL for this is

sprint in openSprints ()

Isn't the team progress more important than individual "performance"?
