I feel like I am missing something really basic here and I apologize if that is the case! :(
But in my project there were fields that I had to have put in there and now the entire ticket structure looks very strange. How can I rearrange these fields in a way that looks less like a giant waste of space?
It would be fantastic to be able to modify this all in an order that would help the agents work through problems faster.
