How to customize the ticket page layout?


I feel like I am missing something really basic here and I apologize if that is the case! :(

But in my project there were fields that I had to have put in there and now the entire ticket structure looks very strange. How can I rearrange these fields in a way that looks less like a giant waste of space?

It would be fantastic to be able to modify this all in an order that would help the agents work through problems faster.

The reason why you've so much space to the right of the ticket is because you've additional fields on the left side of the ticket. The less fields you've on the left of the ticket, the less the white empty space.

How do you move/hide/re-order the fields on the right hand side?  Is there a way to put some of those into the top center area?
