I am setting JSM for one of our team and we need Dynamic request types , Based on particular location , respective Request types should be visible. I am interested to know if this feature can be implemented ? if not then what is best approach for such ask.
@Shankar Mishra unfortunately, there isn't anything built in that allows for dynamic forms within Service Management that I've found to do this.
It's a shame that this option isn't available.
I'm afraid that you will more than likely need to purchase a plugin to accomplish what you are looking for.
Extension for Jira Service Management is a very useful tool that can allow for dynamic forms as well as set restrictions on what items you want different groups to see.
Another option is ScriptRunner. It's a Swiss army knife when it comes to unique configurations.

Thanks for input but I am more interested something build-in as part of JSM from Atlassian. I am not preferring to use any extension.
Not sure what is plan for Atlassian to provide this feature.

@Shankar Mishra, I would have told you if Atlassian had an option for that. You could create different JSM projects for different sets of users, but I did not think that was what you were asking about.
