How to collect users and groups with insight discovery

Hi,

I have configured the insight discovery, I am able to successfully collect the hosts, and applications but not able to collect the users and groups data. Both object types are empty.

Any hits or guide would be highly appreciated.

Collecting users and groups worked for me when I tried to get this information from ours servers.

Did you select user and group patterns from Discovery tool?

Also, make sure if your import configuration has Users and Groups objects enabled.
