Hi, tried to import data from Salesforce to Jira service desk for Salesforce migration to JSD.
Some how I got these data into dev instance of JSD and implemented in production, but the results was unexpected.
We got many duplication in the imported data. Now we want to clean up the instance with out loosing the existing data of Jira service desk that is in before data migration from Salesforce.
Please suggest us the most best and preferable ways to follow.

The only way to do this is to restore the XML backup ( if this was created ) before the issue occurred.
You can check the JIRA_HOME/export directory for automated backups created. To restore the backup, please follow the steps here:
