As a team, all members can create tickets in our Jira project. They then wish to put someone else in as the Reporter for the ticket. However, the ticket defaults to themselves as the Reporter and doesn't allow them to change it. How do we solve this without making all the team members an admin?
Welcome to the community. I agreed with what Max suggested, but this is only if that your "team" members are all agents for your JSM env. If not, then you can ask your members to utilize the Portal UI when creating issues for others and utilize the default ootb function of "Raise this request on behalf of".
