Currently, there is a pretty limited range of options in the "Insert Variable".
I tried to configure it following the article
1) Is it possible to insert the "Priority" Field into this list as an option?
2) is there any way to insert the "Priority" Field into the customer notifications?
3) We're planning to migrate to JIRA Service Management (Cloud). I was wondering if there were this option there?
